Project Support Group Critical Path Scheduling

Project Support Group can prepare Critical Path Method (CPM) construction schedules, including periodic schedule updates, for your project on a cost effective basis. A typical CPM schedule for a $3,000,000 institutional type building would cost approximately $3,500.00 and take four work days to complete. A monthly up-date would cost approximately $250.00.

The baseline Critical Path Schedule would include:

Activity Codes - Engineering/Procurement, Responsibility, Area, and Construction Phase
Network diagram based on reliable precedent and successor relationships
Clear Identification of the project's critical path
Necessary calendars for specialized work activities
Organization of activity data by Total Float and Major Activity Codes
Customized schedule layouts required by the contract
Delivery of schedule in either Adobe PDF format or SureTrak^TM or Microsoft Project^TM formats

Additional schedule enhancements such as resource loading, adding costs to activities, adding/changing activities and change orders can be made on an hourly basis.

The only thing we require to prepare a typical baseline schedule is a copy of the plans and specifications, a list of subcontractors, a one to two hour telephone review with your project team to determine the best approach to building the project and your desired start and finish dates.

An initial schedule will be provided to the project team for review and sign-off. Any changes requested by the client at that time would be made at no additional cost. Our scheduler would be available for additional on-site or web-cast schedule review meetings with the project team on an hourly basis.
